Brighter Access employee Brooke has shared how her life has changed since joining the Hunter team as a Disability Support Worker more than three months ago. “I used to wake up each morning dreading what the day would be like, not wanting to get out of bed to attend my daily workplace. Little did I know I was a couple of steps away from a full life change when I was given the opportunity to chase my dreams with Brighter Access.
I am now working as part of an amazing team, supporting awesome participants whilst being supported by an understanding, caring, and patient Manager Stacy. Stacy and the team I work with have welcomed me with open arms and now going to work each day is not a challenge. It’s very easy to wake up and get ready. I look forward to attending work to support some awesome participants every day. Brighter Access has changed not only my career path but my life. I’m a happier Mum and partner with less stress, no financial issues, and not to mention it is rewarding in so many ways.
Caring for NDIS participants is the most rewarding part of all and seeing them happy is what is most important. I am very appreciative and grateful to be given this life-changing opportunity to be a part of Brighter Access’ vision to open doors and enhance lives.”
